Job Summary

This role involves contributing to and leading projects for the conceptual and technical advancement of the city's CAFM software system, FAMOS-LE. The specialist will be responsible for central CAFM data management, including data capture, maintenance, and updates, as well as quality management, developing and monitoring data maintenance processes. A key aspect is the digitalization of the municipal building stock and contributing to digitalization processes and the introduction of Building Information Modeling (BIM). The position also includes providing technical guidance and support to CAD employees and contributing to documentation guidelines for CAD/CAFM/BIM.
