This role involves advising and supporting departments within the Leipzig city administration through significant change processes, with a particular focus on crisis-relevant procedures. The consultant will be instrumental in establishing and advancing the city's process management system, enhancing its crisis resilience. Key responsibilities include developing decentralized process modeling capabilities, defining process standards, and guiding departments in optimizing and redesigning processes while ensuring quality. The position also requires administering business process management tools and designing and delivering training workshops on organizational development and crisis resilience. Required Skills

Education

University degree in General Administration, Project Management, Organizational Management, Public Management, Political Science, or comparable fields, or Angestelltenlehrgang II (Advanced Administrative Training Course II)

Experience

  • At least 2 years of proven practical experience in a consulting role within process management
  • Experience in organizational development is ideal
  • Initial experience in crisis management is desirable
  • Experience in implementing digitalization projects
  • Experience with process management and relevant modeling languages
  • Practical experience applying process management software
