Job Summary
As a Technical Lead for the INNOVATION HUB 110, you will be at the forefront of the Hessian Police's digital transformation, overseeing technical projects and strategic objectives. This role involves leading interdisciplinary teams, making architectural decisions, and contributing to the digital ecosystem of the police force. You will leverage extensive technical knowledge and leadership experience to develop innovative solutions that enhance police work, digitize administrative processes, and improve public services. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable technically oriented field, or civil service examination for the higher general administration service.
Experience
- Long-term experience in a senior (technical) leadership role within an IT environment
- Experience in personnel management
- Experience in software development
- Experience in conceptualizing, building, and optimizing complex software architectures
- Experience in accompanying and implementing digital transformations and change processes in complex organizations
- Desirable: Experience collaborating with public sector institutions
Languages
Additional
- Successful completion of a security clearance (SÜ II) according to § 8 Hessian Security Clearance and Classified Information Act (HSÜVG).
- Successful completion of a reliability check for the protection of state institutions and events according to § 13 a Hessian Act on Public Safety and Order (HSOG).
- Willingness to undertake business trips.
