Job Summary
This role involves managing communication services within the Digital Workspace team for the Hessian Police Department's INNOVATION HUB 110. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the 'Hessenvoice' telecommunication solution, handling orders, budget planning, and financial controlling. Key tasks include incident and problem management, acting as a point of contact for specialized requirements, and providing project support for the transition to Unified Communication. The position requires a blend of commercial and technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to developing sustainable solutions in a dynamic, start-up-like environment. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Information and Communication Technology, or a comparable field, OR a completed three-year vocational training with long-term practical experience in the specified subject area.
Experience
- Professional experience in operational service management
- Extensive knowledge of large telecommunication ecosystems
- Practical experience in Unified Communication
- Long-term practical experience in the specified subject area (if vocational training is the highest qualification)

- Must undergo and pass a security clearance (SÜ II) according to § 8 Hessian Security Clearance and Classified Information Act (HSÜVG). Must undergo and pass a reliability check according to § 13a Hessian Law on Public Safety and Order (HSOG). Consent form and copy of ID required for reliability check.
