Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Instrumentation, Control, and Electrical (ICE) Engineer to join Akkodis's Plant Engineering Competence Center, focusing on the chemical, refinery, and recycling industries. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bringing complex industrial plants to life, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and intelligently. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, projecting, and commissioning ICE systems, creating precise electrical schematics and technical specifications, and selecting appropriate sensors, actuators, and control components. You will coordinate with internal and external partners, conduct risk and safety analyses (IEC, SIL, ATEX), and be actively involved on-site for commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting. This position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise across diverse projects from feasibility studies to commissioning, shaping the future of plant construction.
