Job Summary

This role is for an engaged System Administrator specializing in Citrix Virtualization within the City of Bochum's Personnel Management, Information Technology, and Organization department. Day-to-day, you will be configuring and administering Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Citrix-based terminal server environments, and Citrix Netscalers, both in cloud and on-premise setups. A key part of the role involves developing scripts for automation and providing second- and third-level support to user help desk teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, specific experience with Citrix products and VMware, and solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
