Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in a technical field such as Supply Engineering, Process Engineering, Technical Building Equipment (TGA), or Energy and Building Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in facility management within the areas of sanitary, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- In-depth knowledge of technical building equipment in SHK/HLK areas.
- Extensive expertise in complex system malfunctions and legally mandated inspections.
