Job Summary

Join a dynamic environment within a global confectionery leader to contribute actively to financial accounting operations and strategic projects. This role involves managing daily bookkeeping tasks, implementing SAP adjustments, and driving process improvements related to the Internal Control System (IKS) and audits. A key focus area is the accurate recording and reporting of lease contracts according to IFRS 16 standards. You will also coordinate physical inventories across shops and warehouses and manage damage claims, liaising with insurance brokers. The position requires strong numerical and process management skills, broad financial accounting experience, and the ability to communicate fluently in English with Corporate Finance teams. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational apprenticeship (Berufslehre) and ideally further training as a Specialist Clerk or Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting (Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen).

Experience

Broad professional experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping.
Familiarity and experience working with SAP, ideally S4HANA.
Proven experience managing or contributing to projects such as SAP implementations, IFRS 16 introduction, or IKS development.
