Job Summary

This critical role as an SAP Quality Management Solution Owner involves leading the design, customization, and implementation of SAP QM processes, specifically within the S/4HANA environment. You will serve as the primary expert, analyzing quality management requirements and collaborating closely with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure seamless integration across modules (PP, MM, EWM). Key day-to-day tasks include performing customizing activities for inspection plans and lots, managing system tests, and coordinating Go-Live phases. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of relevant SAP QM experience and a degree in IT or Engineering. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with an SAP focus.

Experience

3-5 years of professional experience in the introduction, support, and further development of SAP QM processes. Proven experience with S/4HANA, including the conversion of classic processes and data structures to S/4 standards (e.g., Fiori apps, new reporting). In-depth knowledge of quality planning, inspection processes, complaint handling, and blocked stock management. Experience integrating QM with MM, PP, SD, EWM, and MES systems.
