Job Summary

The Application Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive operation and maintenance of approximately 60 specialized administrative applications within the public sector client's environment. Key daily activities include providing robust 2nd Level Support, ensuring high system availability, and swiftly resolving technical errors to maintain operational continuity. A crucial part of this role involves collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners to streamline application usage and documentation. Furthermore, the role requires unifying and migrating existing application documentation, ideally utilizing Confluence. The ideal candidate brings several years of professional experience managing specialized applications and possesses broad technical knowledge across the necessary technology stack, including Application Servers, databases, and Windows Client & Server environments.
