Job Summary
This role involves independent research and development focused on creating specialized adhesive formulations, specifically Polyurethane and Epoxy resins, tailored to specific client project requirements. The core responsibilities include the rigorous testing and qualification of these new adhesive recipes against stringent Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. You will be responsible for comprehensive documentation, including detailed laboratory reports and internal research findings, and presenting project results directly to clients. This position is attractive as it allows you to actively contribute to innovation by supporting the patenting of newly developed, differentiated technologies and assisting in the seamless transfer of these technologies into commercial production and quality assurance processes.
