This role is for an Engineer specializing in the operation of medium and low voltage grids, based in Essen. The successful candidate will independently conduct complex grid analyses, support studies, and develop innovative, economical, and secure solutions for the technical advancement of future grids. You will be responsible for consolidating and evaluating existing grid and project data to improve work methods, optimize material usage, and streamline processes in close collaboration with grid planning. A key aspect of the role involves training the team on new developments and monitoring their effectiveness. Additionally, the engineer will be prepared to act as an operations engineer in emergency situations, analyzing scenarios and proposing measures within the emergency response team.
