Job Summary
As an IT Field Service Agent, you will provide essential on-site IT support across Hamburg and nearby locations for the Carl Remigius Fresenius Education Group. Your daily tasks will include direct customer support, installing and setting up new devices, and performing maintenance and checks on conference and seminar room technology. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing IT issues, meticulously documenting all work within the ticket system. This role requires a strong customer and service orientation, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with various IT departments.
