Job Summary

This Field Service Technician role involves providing essential technical support across approximately 40 Tchibo retail stores in the Rhein-Main region and parts of Baden-Württemberg/Saarland. Day-to-day, you'll handle a variety of tasks including installations, repairs, maintenance, and commissioning of machines, devices, and IT/network systems. You'll also be crucial during shop openings and closures, managing organizational, IT, and craft-related aspects. The ideal candidate is a skilled electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician with a strong problem-solving ability, high independence, and familiarity with general facility management tasks.
