Job Summary
This role involves providing essential first and field-level IT support to employees, addressing a wide range of IT-related inquiries and resolving service requests, including on-site assistance. The specialist will be responsible for documenting all activities within a ticketing system, administering multifunction devices and telecommunication systems, and assisting with procurement processes by creating specifications. Key tasks also include conducting IT component tests for technology upgrades, troubleshooting standard applications, and providing user training. The position requires a proactive and reliable individual with strong communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure within the organization.
Required Skills
Education
Completed 3-year vocational training as an IT Specialist (e.g., in Application Development or System Integration), Technical System IT Specialist, IT System Administrator, or IT System Electronics Technician
Experience
- Professional experience in IT
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the IT sector (desirable)
