Job Summary

The Landkreis Börde is seeking a Digitalization and Systems Officer to join their Social and Integration Office. In this role, you will be instrumental in initiating and advising on digitalization projects, supporting the implementation of IT-supported processes, and contributing to current projects under the Online Access Act (OZG). A key part of your daily tasks will involve ensuring data protection compliance, providing system and software support for specialized migration-related applications like ADVIS and PROSOZ, and assisting colleagues with standard software usage, including electronic file management. You will also be responsible for generating reports from specialized systems and maintaining document templates. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT or administration, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to digital transformation within a public sector environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, or a successfully completed AI/BI course, or a completed 3-year vocational training as an IT Specialist (e.g., in Application Development or System Integration), Technical System IT Specialist, IT System Management Assistant, or IT System Electronics Technician.
