Job Summary

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in bioinformatics, IT, or biotechnology, seeking to apply their expertise in a pharmaceutical setting. As a Lab Business Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in the administration and support of complex laboratory computer systems, particularly Global EM (Environmental Monitoring Software). Your daily tasks will involve managing data and sample changes, maintaining master data, and handling user accounts and role assignments. You will also contribute to the creation of GMP documents and work instructions, and assist with complex data evaluations.
