Job Summary

This role seeks an expert Business Analyst to drive the evolution of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SAP processes within the global development division of a major pharmaceutical client in Biberach an der Riß. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, defining requirements related to MES and SAP, and implementing new concepts and projects aligned with corporate goals. Key responsibilities include the continuous improvement of globally used systems, supporting evaluation and implementation projects, and ensuring data quality (FAIR Data). The position requires deep expertise in MES, specifically PAS-X (Körber) as an MBR Designer, coupled with strong SAP knowledge for data management. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid work model (1-2 days remote) after an initial on-site training phase. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with excellent communication and customer focus.
