Job Summary
This role is perfect for an IT professional, including ambitious career starters, looking to contribute to a dynamic IT environment. You will be instrumental in providing First and Second Level IT support across the company's various locations, handling user requests and issues via ticketing systems, phone, and email. Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining client systems, mobile devices, and printers, as well as managing user accounts and permissions within Microsoft Active Directory. You'll also assist with the maintenance and development of the core IT infrastructure, including networks and servers, and contribute to the documentation of IT solutions. This position offers the chance to participate in the implementation of new IT projects and technologies, making it an excellent opportunity for continuous learning and professional growth within an established company.

Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
Experience
- • Professional experience in IT Support (First/Second Level) is an advantage, but entry-level candidates are welcome
