Job Summary
As an IT Onsite Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and specialized IT problems for clients and colleagues. Your daily tasks will involve installing and configuring IT workplace hardware, including panel PCs, industrial tablets, and handheld scanners, within both business and production environments. You will independently analyze and resolve errors and disruptions, ensuring practical solutions are implemented. Meticulous documentation of your work is crucial for seamless team collaboration. This role is ideal for someone with a completed IT education or equivalent experience, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a keen technical sensibility for hardware. You will also be expected to participate in on-call duties in the future, as coordinated with your team.
