Job Summary
This role is perfect for a highly organized and technically inclined professional ready to manage and optimize IT service operations for one of Europe's leading IT service providers. As an IT Service Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact, responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the deployments of IT service technicians. A core part of the job involves meticulous scheduling and appointment management, requiring close coordination with both external customers and internal departments. Furthermore, you will be critical in ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and existing service contracts. The position also requires an all-rounder approach, including the documentation and analysis of service cases to drive continuous process improvement. Ideal candidates possess a technical background, strong organizational skills, excellent German language proficiency, and familiarity with MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.

Completed technical training (e.g., IT Specialist) or comparable qualification
