Job Summary
This IT Service Manager role involves overseeing the planning and execution of IT releases and updates, including the critical review of release notes. You will be responsible for implementing change requests, providing essential 3rd-level support for complex incidents and service requests, and continuously monitoring and ensuring high service quality through KPIs and SLAs. A key part of the role is creating and maintaining comprehensive system and process documentation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT or business informatics, possess practical experience with Coupa, and be proficient in both German and English, contributing to innovative projects for diverse clients.

Completed degree or training in (Business) Informatics or comparable technical qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in a support environment
- Practical experience with Jira, especially ticket management, is a plus
