Job Summary

This role requires an ambitious professional to take comprehensive responsibility for steering complex electrical systems projects through all service phases, from initial concept development to final handover. Key day-to-day activities include developing innovative technical concepts, performing necessary calculations, managing detailed execution planning, and creating precise specifications and tender documents for various trades. The Planning Manager acts as the central coordinator, ensuring close collaboration with architects and other specialist planners, while maintaining strict oversight of on-site quality, schedules, and cost plans. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building/Energy Technology, or equivalent qualifications (Master/Technician), coupled with solid practical experience in specialist planning or project management. The position is ideal for those with initial leadership experience or a strong desire to develop into a leadership role, supported by excellent German communication skills.
