Job Summary
The CAD Assistant will provide essential support to the project management and project architects within the "Building Needs and Development Planning (GBEP)" project for the Evangelical Church in Hesse and Nassau (EKHN). This role involves a diverse range of administrative and technical tasks, including preparing and creating property data using CAD software, converting data formats, and capturing existing buildings in CAD based on plans. Key responsibilities also encompass organizing meetings, managing correspondence, coordinating appointments, and maintaining project schedules. Required Skills
Education
Three-year vocational training (e.g., Construction Drafter) or comparable advanced training (e.g., CAD – AVA)
Experience
- Professional experience, typically demonstrated by a three-year completed vocational training (e.g., Construction Drafter) or a comparable advanced training (e.g., CAD – AVA) or several years of professional experience in a municipal, state building department, or planning and construction offices.
- Advantageous to have experience in an assistant role.

Additional
- Temporary position for two years from the date of occupancy. Full-time (39 hours/week). Membership in a church affiliated with the Council of Christian Churches (ACK) is desirable.
