The ideal candidate will have a background in social insurance or a related field, possess initial sales experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, and a results-driven approach. Required Skills

Education

Completed training as a Social Insurance Clerk (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte/r) or comparable qualification (e.g., Insurance Salesperson)

Experience

  • Initial sales and selling experience is desirable
  • Professional experience in customer acquisition and support
  • Experience in organizing and conducting corporate events
