This role is for a proactive Specialist in Sales Management focusing on corporate clients within the healthcare insurance sector. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate customers, comprehensively managing existing client relationships to achieve sales targets, and advising both private and corporate clients on health management offers and value-added services. A key part of the role involves organizing and conducting events like health days for corporate clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in social insurance or a related field, possess initial sales experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, and a results-driven approach. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Social Insurance Clerk (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte/r) or comparable qualification (e.g., Insurance Salesperson)
Experience
- Initial sales and selling experience is desirable
- Professional experience in customer acquisition and support
- Experience in organizing and conducting corporate events

- Class B driving license and own car required (mobile for client visits)
