Job Summary

This role is for a proactive CRM & Data Systems Specialist to manage and evolve Elis's Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Day-to-day, you will be the system owner, coordinating with external service providers, managing change requests, and optimizing interfaces with other systems. A key part of the role involves collaborating with the corporate headquarters on strategic CRM initiatives and preparing for the rollout of a company-wide Salesforce solution. You will also be responsible for training employees and documenting processes. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and ideally Salesforce, coupled with strong skills in requirements management and technical interface support.
