Job Summary

This role involves defining and refining the product vision and strategy for both the search and recommender engines, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs. The lead will mentor two cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver innovative search and recommendation solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, A/B testing, and analyzing KPIs to guide product decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and optimizing search and recommender engine products, a strong engineering or data science background, and a proven track record in leading teams through the full product lifecycle. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely within Germany or from various office locations, fostering a dynamic, international, and English-speaking work environment.
