Job Summary
This role involves conducting sensory and residue analyses of animal-origin foods, as well as vegetarian and vegan foods, within the Thuringian State Office for Consumer Protection (TLV) in Bad Langensalza. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and interpreting analytical results, preparing legally sound expert opinions based on food law, and developing new testing methods. This position offers an engaging and varied work environment within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on ensuring food safety and compliance with national and European regulations. Required Skills
Education
Master's or Diploma (University) degree in Food Chemistry; State examination for certified food chemists
