Job Summary

This role is for a highly motivated Customer Experience Manager focused on Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) within a biopharma company leveraging AI. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping T1D treatment by raising disease awareness and disseminating early identification information across a broad referral network. Day-to-day, you will map and develop referral pathways, collaborate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders to convey compelling narratives about T1D and early identification, and remove operational barriers in the patient journey. This position requires a professional with a background in biology, biochemistry, or pharmacy, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, agile teams.
