Job Summary

This role is for a High-Voltage Cable Engineer at Hamburg's largest energy distribution network operator, Hamburger Energienetze GmbH. The successful candidate will be involved in the full lifecycle of new construction and conversion projects, from design to commissioning. Key responsibilities include participating in project realization, assisting with acceptance and sampling of high-voltage operating equipment (cables and cable accessories), and coordinating equipment testing. The role also involves analyzing complex operational issues, developing technical solutions for 110 kV cable system technology, conducting fault analyses, and contributing to digitalization projects for cable monitoring and control.
