Job Summary

This role is based at Hamburger Energienetze GmbH, Hamburg's largest energy distribution network operator, and involves ensuring the reliable operation of medium and low voltage power grids. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for switching operating equipment in the low voltage network, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting faults in the low voltage grid while adhering strictly to safety regulations. A key part of the job includes conducting and evaluating current and voltage measurements in the low voltage network. You will also manage customer correspondence regarding planned shutdowns and coordinate necessary measures. The position requires participation in an on-call service to ensure fault clearance outside of regular working hours. Candidates should possess a completed technical/commercial apprenticeship in electrical engineering, deep knowledge of energy network components, and proficiency in MS Office, alongside strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
