Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious Technical Support Specialist who will be instrumental in connecting people and technologies for a leading technology solutions provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical inquiries, processing service orders for domestic and international clients, handling invoicing and documentation, and providing direct telephone support to customers. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and tracking quotes for assembly operations, developing service recommendations, and finding professional solutions, including alternative technical and scheduling options. This position offers the opportunity to deepen technical knowledge through practical experience and contribute to exciting projects for renowned clients across various industries, supporting their digital transformation journey.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
