Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Support
  • Fundamental knowledge of application architectures (Client-Server)
  • Experience with data center processes (Backup/Restore)
  • Experience with Audits, Re-certifications, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in creating IT Service Catalogs (ideally)
