As an AI and Process Innovation Senior Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI-powered solutions to enhance strategy execution, process excellence, and capability building within E.ON SE. This involves identifying, designing, and implementing AI use cases, translating complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions, and applying Lean and E.ON Business System principles to foster AI-enabled process improvements. You will align AI initiatives with broader digital, data, and sustainability strategies, build compelling business cases, and ensure successful adoption through structured change management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI/ML, digital transformation, and process improvement methodologies, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to educate and coach teams on AI literacy across the organization.
