The role requires leveraging data and insights to optimize existing regional business processes, identify structural drivers of customer value, and accelerate the adoption of best practices. A core focus is supporting the development of KPIs that accurately track both commercial results and customer experience impact. Candidates must possess a strong track record in Business or Data Analysis, expertise in CVM/retention strategies, and excellent communication skills, ideally gained within a multi-market retail environment.
