Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of the planning, coordination, and successful execution of complex building services engineering (TGA) projects, from initial concept to final commissioning. The Project Manager will lead project teams, manage external planners and subcontractors, and ensure seamless interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly across HVAC, electrical, building automation, and fire suppression systems. A key aspect is ensuring strict adherence to timelines, costs, and quality objectives throughout all HOAI service phases. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with comprehensive technical expertise, capable of developing innovative solutions for complex challenges, and serving as the central point of contact for clients and authorities. This is a permanent position directly with an experienced engineering firm in Munich, offering an opportunity to contribute to demanding new construction, renovation, and expansion projects.
