Job Summary

This role is for a Sales & Service Center of Excellence Expert who will drive the business, market, and revenue success of a key sub-solution. Day-to-day, you'll develop go-to-market strategies, identify growth opportunities, build business cases for executive leadership, and amplify value propositions to the field. You will also nurture relationships with customers, partners, and analysts, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to maximize customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Enterprise Service Management solutions, at least 5 years of experience in the technology industry, and strong lateral leadership and executive presentation skills.
