Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a critical high-voltage direct current (HVDC) cable project from concept to commissioning, playing a key part in Germany's energy transition. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the tendering, award, and execution of EPCI contracts, overseeing the production, logistics, and installation of energy cables. Key responsibilities also include managing timelines, budgets, and risks, leading an interdisciplinary project team, and ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, at least 5 years of project management experience, and strong communication and leadership skills, along with fluency in German and English. Degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering)
Experience
- At least 5 years in project management, ideally in infrastructure or energy sector
- Experience with tendering, awarding, and processing complex technical projects (EPCI contracts)
- Leadership experience in interdisciplinary project teams
