Job Summary

As a Biology Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on the production of cellular medicines in compliance with GMP guidelines. Your daily tasks will include ensuring the highest quality standards for product safety and efficacy, conducting development work to integrate new technologies from R&D into GMP production, and meticulously documenting all processes. You will also contribute to the creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), helping to continuously improve and update processes. Additionally, you will handle general laboratory duties such as equipment maintenance, calibration, and ordering supplies to ensure smooth lab operations.
