Job Summary

As an IT Security Process Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the digital future of the German Armed Forces by optimizing IT security processes. Your daily tasks will involve describing, analyzing, and optimizing services and project-related process components, as well as providing process-specific implementation and consultation during service development and improvement. You will also support the creation and maintenance of process-related templates in ITSM tools, perform quality checks, and administer knowledge management within these tools.
