Job Summary

This Senior IT Service Technician role, based in Euskirchen, is critical for supporting the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) as part of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructure modernization effort. You will act as the primary on-site representative, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services. Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling incidents and requests across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN systems, documented meticulously in a ticketing system, while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements.
