This role is critical for ensuring the digital future and operational capability of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) as a primary digitalization partner. The IT Operations Expert will be responsible for conducting specialized IT training for Bundeswehr personnel, both at the IT training center and on-site during exercises and deployments, focusing on tool-supported IT operations management. Key duties include planning, implementing, and post-processing on-site IT support for missions, exercises, and deployment-like obligations domestically and internationally. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of IT Operations Management and foundational experience in IT Service Management, ideally supported by an ITIL certification. Success in this position requires excellent communication, presentation, and moderation skills, along with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
