Job Summary

This role involves the continuous analysis, optimization, and development of logistics processes that govern the flow of goods in dm stores. The primary goal is to establish ideal conditions for merchandise handling and support store employees through realistic communication and representation of market logistics interconnections. The manager will focus on the conceptual advancement of in-store processes, such as optimizing product quantity through timely shelving to ensure efficient one-touch handling. This includes advising store staff and regional managers on logistics issues, developing KPIs for dashboards and supply chain simulations, and transferring knowledge of new logistics initiatives. The position also entails providing technical support for store-facing apps and leading projects for new implementations, ensuring optimal alignment of processes within the supply chain by considering both quantitative and qualitative factors.
