Job Summary

This role focuses on optimizing HR processes through expert process management and automation. The specialist will advise on process management methods, standards, and tools, ensuring quality and consistency, and will be responsible for modeling, creating, and continuously optimizing processes, including in an international context. A key part of the role involves identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes for automation using RPA and DPA, acting as the central point of contact for automation requirements from specialist teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration or natural sciences, or commercial training with relevant further education, coupled with experience in process management, ideally within an HR environment. Proficiency in process management tools like ARIS and Microsoft Visio, and experience with BPMN 2.0 and process automation technologies such as RPA and DPA, are essential.
