This Senior Manager Strategy Development role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Process Solutions within a global science and technology leader. Reporting to the Head of Strategy Development, you will be instrumental in identifying growth drivers, analyzing market trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies for BioProcessing. The role involves developing data-driven approaches to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs, crafting business plans with financial modeling, and supporting M&A prioritization. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, commercial, and operations teams, acting as a thought partner to senior business leaders. Required Skills
Education
B.S. degree in life science, engineering or related field. MBA/Master/PhD preferred.
Experience
- 3-5 years management consulting experience, ideally at a top-tier firm
- Professional experience in strategic planning and analysis through a mix of consulting and strategy roles, preferably in Process Solutions
- Solid understanding of the pharma/life science space
- Deep understanding of Process Solutions market and business
- Experience with managing cross-functional matrix teams

- Ability to travel 10-20% including international trips. This is a global role that can be remote from anywhere in Europe.
