Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Bench Scientist to join the Site Management Analytics team, acting as an internal service provider supporting R&D projects across the company. The core focus will be on proteomics applications and the analysis of mass spectrometry-based proteomic datasets. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing new proteomics applications and computational methods, and closely collaborating with Healthcare researchers to assist with method selection, database usage, and data interpretation. The ideal candidate possesses a Ph.D. in a relevant scientific or data field, or extensive hands-on experience (8-10 years) in proteomics. Success in this position requires outstanding scientific expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within dynamic, interdisciplinary teams of chemists, biologists, and informaticians.

Required Skills

Education

Ph.D. in Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Data Science, or a related field, OR a B.S. / M.S. degree

Experience

  • Proven track record in the development of proteomics applications
  • Professional experience in the analysis of mass spectrometry-based proteomic datasets
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the field of proteomics (if B.S./M.S. degree held)
