Job Summary

This role is for an Associate Scientific Director in Translational Quantitative Pharmacology, focusing on Model Informed Drug Development (MIDD) strategies across the R&D lifecycle. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, providing scientific and technical supervision for internal and external TQP assignments. Day-to-day tasks involve developing quantitative mechanism-based PK/PD models, performing human PK predictions, and designing pre-clinical PK/PD experiments, especially within immunology and oncology. The role requires interacting with project teams, communicating model-based analysis results, and implementing innovative modeling and simulation platforms to optimize drug administration. This position is ideal for a professional with strong modeling and simulation expertise who can translate complex biological knowledge into mathematical models and effectively communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
