Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Human Resources and Organization department in the city of Salzgitter, a vibrant and growing city in Lower Saxony. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an Administrative Assistant or successfully completed Employee Training Course I, or successful completion of Administrative Assistant training by summer 2025.
Experience
- Professional experience in creating and developing training programs
- Experience in organizing training events, including scheduling and technical setup
- Experience in supporting training controlling and database maintenance
- Experience in talent acquisition, including organizing aptitude tests and interviews
- Experience in guiding administrative apprentices
- Experience in handling internship matters, including advising candidates and contract management
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B (or 3) driving license and willingness to use a private car for business purposes.
