Your day-to-day will involve resolving 2nd and 3rd level tickets within the OpenSource/Linux environment, addressing customer-specific scripting requests, and performing monitoring, error analysis, and performance optimization. You'll also contribute to the development and enhancement of services and actively participate in customer projects, utilizing technologies like Terraform, Ansible, Azure, Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes, Icinga2, and Graylog.
