Job Summary

This role involves supporting complex IT environments for customers, focusing heavily on the Microsoft M365 ecosystem. The Cloud Solution Architect will be responsible for executing changes, providing ongoing operational support, and automating recurring operational processes. A key aspect of the job includes assisting 2nd Level Support colleagues in analyzing and resolving incidents, as well as actively planning and implementing customer projects, particularly M365 migrations to Exchange Online and M365 IT security initiatives. Candidates should have a completed education as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent, possess solid expertise in managing complex Microsoft M365 environments, and ideally have experience with third-party migration tools.
